Happy New Year

Happy New Year!!

If I were to have a love affair, it would be with 2015. So many incredible opportunities popped up this year, and so grateful you were all able to take the journey with me.

One of my highlights, was bringing my 3rd Original show "50 Shades of Gay", to one of my favorite spots in NYC, The Duplex Cabaret Theater in June. I had the theater booked for Gay Pride weekend, and the night before the show, Marriage Equality was announced, and people were ready to celebrate!! I was thrilled you spent it with me and my wonderful cast.

Another highlight, was meeting Matt Bridgestone, who runs Bridgestone's Comedy Club in South Amboy and the Taj Mahal in Atlantic City. I pitched my show '50 Shades of Gay' to Matt and he opened up the venue to me at the Taj Mahal. The show SOLD OUT at the Blue Velvet Theater and I was asked to come back for my holiday show "Ike Avelli Is Coming To Town" in November. I was also blessed to host the after party at the ICONIC Rainbow Room! Many thanks to Gidget and the Wonderful Staff/People that I met while hanging out after.

The Multi-Talented Tym Moss invited me to sit down for an interview at the LGBT EXPO at the Jacob Javits Center in NYC as well as the Long Island LGBT Film Festival in Huntington, where I performed and got to chat with Tym. Had the opportunity to meet new people like performers Tito Briones and Rev. Yolanda. It was a great experience and we got to see a short film that touched us both!

I got the chance to appear on Gabtowndivas with the Divine Travis Nadeau, not once, but twice this year! We chatted about what's going on in my life, celebrity gossip and played a few games which involved all the callers!

I continued to open up Amber Ferrari in her Janis Joplin and Madonna Tribute Shows on Long Island. As always, it's a blast to see so many incredible faces when I visit Patchogue and Port Jefferson!

I was honored to be a part of the Hug Wraps Benefit (Brenda Jones) in Burlington NJ, Georgie's Toy Drive (Joe Cole) in Asbury Park NJ and F.A.C.T. (Fighting Aids Continuously Together)through Brian R. Marks and Christopher Banko in Lehighton, PA. The work you all do is remarkable! I look forward to performing at your events again in the future!

I got to meet some PHENOMENAL people, like Wanda Sykes and Melissa Rivers, and also got see some of my idols in action like Madonna and Sheena Easton!

This year I got to share the stage with some PRETTY TALENTED people, and I THANK YOU so much for being a part of my shows. Ari Kiki, Amber Ferrari, Tym Moss/Penelope, Jeza Belle, Samuel McGill, Deon Whitter, Gio Michaels, Viki Villainess, Nicky Paris, Matt Bridgestone.

I want to thank my mom/sister, who take all the jokes I throw out there way, and laugh every single time, no matter how embarrassing it may be. My niece/assistant Nina, who creates some pretty great bling items for my show and keeps me together back stage. And when she is not there, Amber helps out amazingly! And Tyrone Despearado, who as you know, brings my show to life before it even hits the stage, with his INCREDIBLE Posters/Visuals!!

But most importantly, none of these shows would happen if it weren't for all of YOU. Thank you for supporting me once again this year, whether its traveling to my shows for all over, or following and laughing with me on Social Media, or just a message that says, "Thanks for making me laugh". You all the mean the world to me, and I look forward to sharing an even crazier 2016 with you all!!
